- House Renovation & New Kitchen, Leigh on Sea for Tiptree, Essex
image goes here
This customer is a family that moved to Leigh on Sea from Croydon. The house that they bought didn't meet their needs exactly, so the family called in CWN Developments Ltd and their interior designer, the CWN Interior Design Team to talk over ways in which the house could be made to better fit the family.
With growing children, and a very tall father, who needed to work from home, the best use of space was vitally important as was giving plenty of headroom!
Eventually, an extention to the side and rear of the house was proposed to give space for a much larger kitchen and family room, a utility room to make even better use of kitchen space, a downstairs shower room, and an office in the side part of the extension.
The project was completed on time and within the family's budget, giving them an open, airy environment with all the room they need. The kitchen and bathroom fittings were all selected in collaboration with the family from various manufacturers' ranges to make sure that they obtained the best possible quality commensurate with their budget.
